Slow prossessing deceptive ripoff thieves & swindlers

On november 29 i purchased an automobile from arbogast buick pontiac gmc in troy, ohio. The auto was financed through americredit financial services in phoenix, arizona.

On november 8 somewhere between 1:30 A.M. And 5:00 A.M. They came to my place of residence and repossessed my automobile.

Americredit did not make an effort to contact me, and did not wait until the mail was received on november 8 to see if the payment was in the mail. Which was the due date for my payment to reach the office.

I contacted the better business bureau in arizona to report the financial company and have heard nothing back to this date.

I have proof that my payments were only one payment behind when they took the car and that payment was in the mail. I wan to make other consumers aware of the practices that americredit has instituted so that others will not be taken in by their deceptive practices.
