I signed up for Reotrans in October of it is now April. They are a web-based site for Realtors to sign up on to work with foreclosure homes. The have you choose zip codes and you pay so much for each zip code you are willing to accept liststings in.

They send you BPO alerts and the first person to click on it get the BPO - problem here is that there are hundreds of people getting the same alert, to date Ihave never gotten a single listing or BPO and i am done with paying for his service. You call them and they say they have no control over listings and they admit to simply being a source for realtors to advertise for listings. You can go on for free, but you only get the zip code that you live in. I have talked to many agents at many seminars and events and they say, "don't pay" it does not get you any listings!
