RealtyTrac is a worthless internet site that preys on people by offering a short 7-day free trial followed by an automatic billing cycle of $49.95 a month.

The practice of getting someone to sign up for a free trial with a reoccurring billing cycle looming in the very near future is criminal enough. People forget things and believe me, RealtyTrac is sure not going to send you any reminders!

And if you cancel in 8 days, good buy $50. And they don't care one bit. They will send you a "Go Fu*# yourself" response to any email.

NOW for the truly criminal part of this site. This site is supposed to give you the most comprehensive and recent realty listings of any site and it is a huge rip off. The listings are old and the information on listings is not useful at all. All the foreclosures in my area were already listed by realtors and the pre-foreclosures were old (sometimes 2 years old). And to top it off the site lags so bad you want to pull your hair out! Don't expect to find any pictures of properties that you can't find on free realty listings.

Essentially I was robbed $50 and got bent over and fuc$ed in the a$.

RealtyTrac Inc. Is a shady company and I recommend anyone thinking of using it to think twice.
