HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is that the listing tag will be an obscure code that Realtors NEVER use to search for listings. (The Realtors use a default setting in their MLS computer tool to search only for Exclusive Agency listings.) When you list with this flat fee for-sale-by-owner site, you will NEVER be seen by the realtors as a home-owner who will cooperate with realtors and pay half the commission to the selling broker (for example - you'll pay 3% for a Realtor to sell your home).
