This is a high pressure rip off company that calls itself a collection agency. They called and said we were six months behind in our payments to Protection One, an alarm company. My husband tried to clear this up by sending copies of our cancelled checks. They called back saying they never received the fax copies and this matter had to be cleared up prior to the end of our telephone conversation or we would be reported to all credit bureaus and the matter would be turned over to Maricopa county for collection. It was unbelievably high pressured. They kept citing my address but were using a wrong address. Each time I called them on it, there would be a pause and then they would give me my correct address. They would not let me contact Protection One.in the end I put the over $2,000 on my credit card.

After hanging up, I immediately contacted Protection One. They assured me my account was up to date and that was not even the collection agency they used. I immediately contacted my credit card company but the payment had already been processed. I don't know how they get away with this stuff but if I can find an attorney who will take this case, I intend to make their life as uncomfortable as they have made mine.
