There is a dirty sales rep working for first american payment systems in nc

There is a dirty first american rep working the wake forest, louisburg, raleigh, nc and surrounding areas. He is lying to customers to get their business and he is telling his customers that he does not work for an iso (independant sales organization) and he clearly does. First american is not a direct broker for visa and mastercard. Also a merchant I was trying to help get out of first americans trap, had called this dirty rep to see if he would match what I had offered him. The rep said he would match my rates, which there was no way, because I am a direct broker, so I tod my potential customer that I would check back with him next month to review his statement to see if first american really did match. After the new statement came in, the rates were the exact same and he told his customer that I was a liar and I would not be able to match qhat I had quoted him.in addition, he told him that he can't leave him anyway because he has giftcards with him, which is another lie. I have been working in the credit card industry for a long time and have never ran in to a rep so dirty and misleading to his customers. Please read up on this iso first american company before you sign paperwork with this dirty rep that lives in wake forest, nc!
