Scam on phone bill

I reviewed my phone bill and I saw a charge for Stream Radio. I have no idea what Stream Radio is until the lady in customer service told me. It was charged $14.95 per month. I contacted my phone company and they put the charges in dispute. It's not right that somebody is charging me for something I didn't even order. I don't even use my phone at home, I just use it for the internet.
