Sirius xm satellite radio - unauthorized charges

We contacted Sirius to discinue promotional service on 5/14, at which time we were told service would be discontinued. On 5/15 we again contacted them due to the service was still active and we were assured that the account was closed but it may take a day or so for the service to be turned off. When my next credit card bill came we were charged 15.98. I contacted my credit card company to disput the charges. At that time they told me that they would contact XM SATELLITE RADIO and advise that we were disputing the charges and that we did not need to contact them. We received a letter from our credit card company advising that they contacted them on our behalf and that they considered the matter resolved. On my next month credit card bill I was again charged by XM SATELLITE RADIO but this time it was $47.94. I again contacted my credit card company and advised of the unauthorized charges and reminded them of the previous month situation. At that time they again put through a dispute on my befalf and then they directly connected me with XM for me to also advise of my dispute. That phone started at 5:45 and it is now 8:33 pm. I am writing this because I have been on the phone all that time trying to resolve this situation. Atfter holding for over 15 minutes i talked with a gentleman who reviewed my account and said that he needed to check with someone and would get right back to me. After holding again for 15 or so minutes I then spoke with Audry, who again requested that I verify all the information on my account. She then stated that she was looking at my account charges and did see the charges at athat point we were abruptly disconnected. I don't know if she hung up or what, all i know is there was silence and the sound of a disconneced call. I tred to call back and due to extreem call volume i again had to hold for at least 15 minutes. I am fustrated at this point. Finially Nicale answers and I asked to speak with a supervisor, she needed to verify my account info before she could direct me. Then I stated that I wanted to dispute my charges and she then said that I reached a Sales Dept and thet shwould haave to connect me to the cancellation deptment. She transferrred me - and again I was placed on hold for an extreeme amount of time. Finally someone answered and she (I didn't get a name) had to again very my information and tshe then told me that she saw the $15.98 charge but that accound was now closed. She then searched her system using my phone number and found another account. I requested that she close that account and assure that all charges be removed. She stated she would have to review my account before she could do that (I thought she just reviewed my accoune?) I begged her not to put me on hold again, to please have my account cancelled. The phone went dead.
