Purchased hats 10/19/07 took money from credit card, never recieved items. Total scam

I purchased two race colletable hats on 10/19, the order was listed as pre-order for one of the hats, and should recieve shipment in thier wharehouse around December. To date i have sent numerouse E-mails with no responce. The purchase was $46.90 with $8.99 added for shiping, billed to my credit card was $55.89. I visit the web site periodacly and they are still listing the same items I purchased, in fact they say that items are in stock and will ship same day.
