Double billed and did not ship orde

On Nov 17 I ordered 2 die cast cars from race depot.com. They promptly billed my account for $180.00. The next day, they billed my account again. I made several attempts to e-mail their customer service to correct the double bill with no response. As these were Christmas presents, I also made several e-mails to try to get a ship date. Again no response.

It is now Feb7 and no product has been delivered, and billing has not been corrected. I filed a report with my credit card company to recover my funds. The ONLY e-mail I received from this company was in response to me calling them out as a scam web site. They issued a rebuttal, but did not ship my product or correct my billing issue.

WARNING... Do not use this company. Do not send money orders or checks!!! Do your research. They are a complete scam!!!
