Ripoff

This SWM Nubodi is a ripoff! Those of you who only got busy signals, I would check your phone bill. Those of you who got through, how much did they charge per minute? I called them today to call them out on frauduglent charges against my account. I was on hold for 12 minutes, then finnally somone answered. After making my complaint, I was told that all I had to do was call them with a tracking number when I shipped the product back. We hung up.

After thinking about it, they should have to give me a tracking number, I never received anything. I called back, again on hold for 12 minutes, finally got someone and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. After being connected to Jason, the supervisor, I demaned a tracking number from him. I told him that I believed this to be a scam and the charges frauduglent as a minor's debit card was charged. He shrougged off the minor part.

After being placed on hold for yet another two minutes, he gave me a tracking number. I asked for the address of the busniess. I also asked Jason if part of the scam was charging people for the phone call. He told me the call was not free, and that I'm not the only one in America that needs help today. I asked for his full name and he said, "I'm not required by law to give it to you." My response, "Well, there's more than one Jason in America." These people are frauds and need to be stopped!!! They already have your information, even if you already cancel your account. They may not stop here! Here is the information I was told, not sure if I believe it, but here it is.
