I signed up for a free trial and was only supposed to pay for shipping charges on a wrinkle cream product. They said I received the product on Sept. 4, but I have NOT received any shipments. They said they have a post office tracking number, but they would never give me the number. The day I called was because I had another charge automatically billed to my debit card of $93.00. They said this was because I did not CANCEL during the trial period.

After arguing that the trial period should not begin until the product is received, and I've never received the product, they told me that the post office would straighten it out and for me to call them. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but of course he was in a meeting and I was instructed to call them back in 10 minutes.in 10 minutes, they said to call back in another 30 minutes. I informed them that they were violating the US Postal Service laws, in that they could not prove that I received the product, yet they were billing me for it. They said there was nothing they could do about it.

I got off that call and immediately called my bank, who cancelled my debit card. About 1 hour later, I received an email from the oxifresh company cancelling my account (which they refused to do on the phone) and said I would be charged no further. Still have not been able to speak with that supervisor, but did have my bank dispute the charges.

My advice to anyone stuck in this scam-game - don't give up. Be persistent and know your rights. Pay only by credit card - that way your bank will help dispute the charges!
