Confusion and Lies

I planned on attending University of Phoenix online. Feeling that doing college online would be convenient and all. The counselor I had Cheri, was very nice and professional. I told her how I was a veteran of the navy. So she mentioned to me about the Voc Rehab, which I had never heard of. So she told me to start into it and to keep her updated. I wouldn't be charged anything and could start anytime.
Well one night while I was working I called during a break. Come to find out I have a totally different counselor. I explained to him the same thing. He seemed okay with it. Almost every two or three days he would call asking about the Voc Rehab. I constantly told him I would definitely let him know if something changed as far as it's process went.
Well one day I receive a bill of $45. It was around August time and had been talking with them about my Voc Rehab since around June. I called to complain and asked them why they would charge me for August and not June or July. They said because they had to. So I told them to remove my name from the database and fake changed my number. I was sent about two or three more bills, but never paid them.
All I can say is if you are going to go with this school make sure you got everything ready so they can't do this to you. I've also heard about how inconvenient their classes are. I think you have to do like three hours a day or so, but if you miss more than two or so you get removed. I think despite this company or any other company like them, class room college is alot better and easier. You're able to be face to face with the counselor. I think that's alot more promising.
