Extra $4.99 Receiver Fee and $10 Credit Instead of $20

About 1 month ago I signed up for Direct TV. I ordered 1 DVR and I had 2 receivers from a previous account. They told me they would give me a free 3-room installation, which they did, but they said I had to purchase 2 additional cards at $20 apiece. I did, for my old receivers. They also told me they were giving away vouchers for $20 off a month for 1 year. They said my bill would be about $54 a month.

My first bill was $68 for the first month because they had not received my voucher yet. I just got my second bill, and it was $78. I called, and another rep told me that they are going to charge me $4.99 a month for my own receivers, even after I purchased 2 cards for them. They did not tell me this when I first signed up, or I would have just ordered new equipment with my new account, and the cards would not have cost me anything, just the $4.99 a month that I am paying now anyway. And they are only giving me $10 off the bill a month for a year instead of $20.

All they will do is apologize for the misrepresentation, but they will do nothing about it, and now I am stuck in a year contract.
