Direct Tv
Made failed promises failed to comply by their contract and over charged

We made a oral agreement on the phone to get direct tv with the first month free and so much a month for 6 months and a free dvd player So we signed up and got connected. After we got the fist bill it was over $120 not $49 as agreed and no voucher for dvd player as we was told. I called and was told they would mail another one

The second month we get a bill for $134 and no voucher. I again called to get it fixed and got the story the voucher was in the mail. Two weeks later no voucher i call and they tell me it would be mailed again.

The third month billed again for over $120 no voucher we canceled and told them why they failed to live up to their contract and they broke it. Now they are charging me $262 for early disconnect fee. I will not pay it
