I was a student at UOP and I was terminated after 1 year of study because I was disqualified from financial aid

I attended the University of Phoenix from April until April when I was forced to stop attending my MBA courses (5 classes shy of graduation).initially, I was promised by UOP staff that I would qualify for financial aid, but a year later I was told that I had not qualified for it. I was discriminated against because of my Arabic name. They used the excuse of 9/11 to deny me access to financial aid in spite of the fact that I am an American citizen.

Although I advised their staff that I had qualified for financial aid from San Francisco State University and other institutions, I was told that I did because my qualification took place before 9/11 and that now it was a different time in history. I am devastated and traumatized over this. My wife, my child, and I have suffered tremendously. I am seeking justice under my contitutional rights. I need help and I need to take them to court.
