Apollo Axia College Financial aid rip off

When withdrawing from University of Phoenix the financial aid department took financial aid that had already been applied for courses and sent it back along with financial aid that had not been applied to courses. University of Phoenix financial aid department then charged me for the classes that had already been paid for by financial aid. Since I have not paid for a course that has already been paid for University of Phoenix has palced a hold on my transcripts so that I can not attend another school. I suggest that people file a complaint with the accredation board for this school because in my opinion University of Phoenix is committing terroism and violations of the United States Constitution. I am sending paper work to prove my point to the accredation board and the US Senate.
