Moss Codilis - American Home Mortgage
Unathorized transaction, threatening letters, continuting harassment calls

My loan is serviced my American Home Mortgage. They did not honor the terms of the agreement. I was sent a collection notice by Moss Codilis LP saying they were going to accelerate the mortgage. Moss Codilis gave American Home Mortgages phone number and then Moss Codilis sent another letter saying this Letter is being sent to you to correct inaccurate information provided to you on behalf of their client, American Home Morgage.

I made a payment that day 3/12/08 on the phone for $1628 confirmation #xx63 and a made another payment to be posted on 3/31/08 for $1628 confirmation #xx64. On 3/13/08 I had a withdrawal from my Bank of America account for $4218. I had numerous overdraft fees.

This isn't the first time American Home Mortgage has done this. The same thing happened last year around this time. They took out more than what was agreed upon from account.

American Home Mortgage has filed for bankruptcy. They have very incompentent people left work there.

Is there anything that can be done? I am a single mother with 2 young boys and for 5 days I did not have access to any money. I am also a 50% disabled veteran.
