9000.00 itemized fees over a 9 yr period many attny fees moss codilis and attny letter fees at a rate of $100.00 each a month as forebarance agreement was in effect and should not have been charged while in forbarance... Eating away at my equity. Offered to renopen forebarance agreement last month if i payd 3400.00 to catup the 4 pmts at $850.00 each. Then stated needed to get a new financials... From which the loan resolution department stated the bank dissallowed reopening forbarance agreement at the rate of $850.00 per month and that now i needed to pay $1500.00 per month to keep from forclosure the next day on 10/07.
