Ocwen Federal Bank Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski attorneys for Ocwen Federal Bank are impossible to get ahold of, lie in writing about my responses Rip-off lie about "helping" deceptive comp

I had a mortgage with New Century mortgage that was sold to Ocwen Federal Bank back in August.

In June we got behind in house payments. My husband's salary drop $28,000 in 2000 with a paycut and loss of overtime.

When Ocwen began servicing our loan I called to see if we could make payment arrangements. Customer service was glad to set up payment arrangements. The plan was to make $600 payments above my mortgage payment until payments were caught up.

I have a 10.50% interest loan as I had a prior bankruptcy. I am thankful for the loan I have even though the interest rate is horrible.

I was to make the extra payments for five months to catch up all arrear payments late fees.

Everything was fine until Novemeber when my husband had his payroll check garnished by the IRS.instead of him clearing $800 a week the maximum he was able to earn was $437 a week.

So, December's due date came and I did not have the funds, nor would Ocwen accept the funds late.

It really was not Ocwen's fault, nor I expect them to bend over for me and my family. I know they are in business to make a profit.

They did keep their side of the bargin as far as I could see.

However, when the account went to Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski attorney's office. They should have just foreclosed.

Brett Ruthenthal did not want to work with us at all. His hours did not mesh with someone in Mountain Standard Time.

I could not talk to any other represtative except for Brett. I called plenty of times and asked for email address and/or snails' mail address. None were ever given to me. So I could only leave voice mails.

He did not return calls, only sent letters stating I had not "had any contact" with his office. This was apsolute lie.

I offered to pay $1000 a week until I was all caught up, no deal.

Finally, I with my husband filed bankruptcy in November. I would not have had to file bankruptcy if I could have worked out a deal as I am not behind on my taxes. Only my husband.

My first payment was due December. I called Ocwen November before Thanksgiving trying to get the loan amount due and address.

They would not talk to me as Brett was the only authorized represtative to talk to.

Then I left three more messages to him asking for a statement of arrears (to give to my attry), where to send payment and how much.

To this day he has never responded. I wrote Ocwen's customer service through email so I could have proof to the court that I was attempting to make the payment. They wrote back and gave me Brett's number. Basically, the email said I needed to wait from him to send the payment in.

I received a letter from Ocwen with a number that connected me to Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski offices. I left a message with Viren Chan and he immediately called me back. He gave me information today where I can send the payment to a PO Box in Los Angeles, CA or certified mail to 12650 Ingenuity Dr, Orlando, FL 32826.

I will only send certified mail until the court procedures are over.

I hope already being in default to Chapt 13 over late payments we not put my six children and husband out on the street.

Ocwen Federal did give me the opportunity to own property even after bankruptcy. To that I thank them.

Right now this is my fault. However, I will keep my guard up and keep super records as I do not want to lose our home as I do not know where we can rent with six children in Colorado.
