Another ripped off custome

I purchased items from Oak Express and Denver Mattress in May under the financial agreement and terms of 18 months nopayments/same as cash. HSBC illegally changed the agreement and then started charging me late fees.

Since there were two purchases made on the same day within the same retail company, they changed one of the agreements to 24 months with 7 months delayed payments. Who does this or agrees to it for that matter.

After numerous calls, I spoke to a representative in India who could not even pronounce the state of Arkansas. I am very dissatisfied over the fact that they illegally changed a contract and that they out source American jobs to other countries. Everyone needs to boycott HSBC as well as Oak Express, Denver Mattress and Sofa Mart.

It is absolutly ridiculous that this company gets away with changing a legal agreement and then outsources their jobs. They need to be put out of Business
