Dishonest fraudulent billing

I have been HSBC, House hold auto finance for three years and three time's they have either lost my payment or said I did not pay or told me it was late. From june to aug they said that i was late i told them that i did not pay late and that i have confermation numbers well of course they could not find them but they sent me a modification agreement and told me if i signe the modification agreement i would get a lower interst rate from 20.95% to 7.99% and this would not be reported to my credit report and my payment would go from 499.00 dollars to 298.00 dollars. Well they changed my interst rate like they said but they reported three months of late payments to my credit report and they also changed my due date after i singed the agreement.
