MANAGER "TONY" (sickly looking, humped back, hollow chested individual) insulted me

I have spent over $5000 at Circuit City in the past ten years.in Aug. 1999 I spent over $3000 for a HP computer system plus extras.

On 2/13/08 I bought a new printer, tax software, and the always needed cable.

On 2/19/08 I went back for help and to buy new software to replace my "Windows 98"because the printer wouldn't work. I waited at the service desk for 15 minites
while everyone ignored me. Finally during the discussion with a person I asked his name, in case I called back later. Nick he said and I said your last name is? We don't give that out he said and I said " are you afraid I'll come to your house and break your legs or shoot you. A sickly looking, pale, hump backed, round shouldered, hollow chested, management individual verbally attacked me. I asked to speak to the store manager, he is not here the creep said, I left my name and number but have received no call. I have promised myself to never darken CC door again, I keep my promises.
