Circuit City and General Electric fraudulent ripoff business on extended service warranty

I purchace a Hewlett Packerd four in one printer. The printer is malfunctioning. I have a warranty which is good until October I call Circuit City about the problem, they told me to change the print head and print cartiages. I did so, however, the printer is sill not printing properly. I called them agin and I also visit the above name store and they told me to change the print head and cartiages again. I refuse because I had just changed them. Anyway, I went back to the Circuit City on East Colonial Dr.in Orlando, FL and took the printer with me and told the manager Mr. Casey that I changed everything and I still have the pronblem.

He himself changed the print cartiaged again for the third time. The problem was still there. I told him I need it for my school work and I must have one that function. He call the contractor, which is GE Zurich. They told me let's trouble shoot again at this point I refuse because we spent a week trouble shooting and changing cartiages and the problem still precise and my work is piling up. I left the printer at the above name store. Still no word.

They have collected my money for the extended waranty. Please help me. Thank you. Other have told me that Circuit City never hold up their part of these warranty tehey are selling. I have spent over $130 repalceing parts and still it doesnt work. GE Zurich, PO Box 551756, Dallas, TX 75355-1756 is who is suppose to fix my printer but no one is fixing it.
