I called and spoke to the woner of the company he dint give his name I called 1-800-578-9720 I explain to him in a nice way that the voice services number he gave me was not working and thatI paid the fee, I wanted to make sure he gave me the right telephone number, I could not belive the respond I got because when he was interested in me buying the story he was real nice, however when I had a problem with the service not being on he was very rude, he told me lady is you stupid or what, I said excuse me because I dint expect that type of respond when I was only calling to ask a customer service questions, I told him the number he gave me for my voice mail was not working, he said lady I dont want to hear that shit it is working whats the hell matter with you
