I ordered a free sample months ago, paid for the shipping and handling as advertised. I agreed to NO additional supplies or charges and today I find a charge of $59.65 pending on my account from this company. Immediately I tried the contact number, and they are closed and no voice mail services. I called again and a very nice young lady transfers me to the "appropriate" contact to handle my issue. She gave me a number in case we were disconnected, and the inevitable happened. That number was unavailble because they close at noon, and no voice mail service. I called back the number where I made initial contact, and now they are off business hours. This is BS and uncalled for in this day and age. I have contacted my bank and going to try an reverse the charges.
