On 3/26/08, I contracted them to conduct two car inspections in different states and was told they would take a day or two. Numerous phone calls to them over the next few days to check on the status gave me nothing but: excuses ("he's on the road and should be getting back to you shortly", or "I gave him the messages"), unreturned voice mails, or just phones ringing and no one answered.in the meantime, one of the cars I wanted inspected sold and 3 others I would have purchased also sold while I was waiting for my inspection reports on the first two. After a week, I could never got anyone to answer, either the toll-free number or a cell number I got. Payment was thru PayPal and when I filed a complaint with them, I didn't even get a response from ASR Inspections. When I escalated that complaint to a claim several days ago, I still haven't heard from them.

When I first called to order the inspections, the owner sounded professional and everything else you would expect. My first follow-up calls were answered by a nice lady (his wife?), who also seemed nice and caring about me getting an answer. Apparently both are very good actors, I found out! It has now been 13 days, no inspection reports, no communication from them at all since I ordered the services, I cannot get a response from them either by phone, cell phone, voice mail, e-mail, or thru PayPal's complaint procedures, and they processed the $250 Paypal invoice, so I'm out that money (which I have no intention of losing - he's dealing with the wrong person if he thinks I will accept this theft. I don't care what it cost me to retrieve my money, including going to court in OK. If I have to.)

Do not do business with this company. Find someone else.
