I am throughly disgusted that the Visioneer 6100USB is nothing more than a plastic table wrapped in the disguise of deceit. The software is missing key components. Scanner makes noise and produces nothing. This company should pay for all the people they have scammed. Several relatives and friends had purchased a Visioneer, alias Paper Port, alias Primax Electronics, and have thrown them away. They make the electronics companies look like trash and instill doubts in the consumers mind about purchasing any scanner or electronic equipment. We will have to research the company thoroughly and make sure their name is not Visioneer.
