Stole money ouy my bank account

On 2/5/08 i checked my bank account online and noticed that a USA credit had a hold on $149.95, i immediately called my bank and they gave me the number for this company. After trying to call and getting a message stating that their business hours are from 9a. M -9p. M, keep in mind that it was after 9am est time and they should have been answering the phone. My bank told me to wait until the transaction posted to dispute it and they would put the money back into my account. I am pissed off. II decided to take all money out of my account so they won't be paid at all.
