They deducted almost $80 out of my account with no authorization ripoff

I checked my e-mail account through my phone & noticed that 1 had the subject that my purchase had been approved. I then accessed that e-mail and saying that my credit card bill would reflect my purchase so I then went to a computer and accessed my bank account and noticed that there was a charge of $79.85 on there with an 800 number.

I then called the number and spoke with a woman named Colleen, she would not tell me what her last name was. She then gave me another number for healthy savings, which I then called. I got an answering machine saying that they were not open an to call back on Monday after 0900.

I then called my bank to see if I could find out more about the purchase. I learned that it was online and it ocuured at 6:36 PM on 11/28/04 when I was in Texas. I was not online at all at that time I was visiting with my family for the holiday on my time off. I told my bank that I did not make the purchase and they told which of my cards it was made on and they then turned that card off so no further ones could be made. My bank has also told me that they cannot put a claim on it until it has actually posted to my account. At this moment it is still a pending transaction.

I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
