Ripped off my bank account twice!

I requested info on this home based business. They required 1.95, I paid this with my debit card. Two weeks later they charged my account for 29.85, I do not know for what, and another two weeks they charged my account for 99.00, still I do not know for what. They said I had received a email, and it was stated in the fine print. I guess I did not save email and do not know what recourse to use. I could use some help with this.
