Saw ad on the internet for a work from home business requiring only $1.95 to sign up and recive info.

In Jan. I signed up with debit card and after thinking about it, decided not to pursue it and never looked at or responded to their one (1) email.

Today, Feb 21st, I saw a purchase for $129.85 by BizGrp was on my online statement. Called my bank and they gave me 800#.

Called, spoke to a gentleman and explained my problem. Said I didn't follow through with this and I never heard from them again. He transferred me to another gentlemen, the closer, and unfortunately I didn't get his name.

He slammed me for being irresponsible and amazed that I didn't read the terms and conditions, etc. Advised him I only gave authority for $1.95 and I want my money back. He was so insulting, I hung up on him.

He called me back & told me he was closing my internet site and I would be charged no further monies. I told him I want my $129.85 back.

I've been in some type of sales all my life and never got caught before. I'm a senior and I'm sick as I don't have enough money left to pay my rent on the 1st.
