Charged my account twice

I noticed there were two charges that I had not authorized on my account. One for 1.95 and then about a week and a half later one for 39.95 I had no clue what this company was or is. I have notified my bank and they have cancelled my card number. The bank looked up the company on line and found rip off reports for this company and my bank is doing all they can to help me.
