Ripoff bad customer service cheats ripoff business from hell

We owned a computer store, and sold visioneer scanners, a customer of ours bought one and it was defective, we tried to RMA it and came to find out that they will refuse to send you another new one, they will only replace with a USED REFURBISHED model in a not for sale box, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting the customer what he purchased, this company put us on the line, we ended up loosing money, and ulitmately stopped buying their products! BEWARE of this company... Their customer service sucks, they do not care if you have problems with their producs.
