Collection Bureau Services
Misleading, deceptive, abusive, debt collection practices

Business & Finance

Collection Bureau Services purchased a debt I owed from a hospital. I had been making monthly payments for five years until I finally paid them in full the beginning of May. About the time I wanted to settle the debt, the debt collector seemed to be addicted to my monthly payments and did not want to let them go. She said I owed more than my balance due on my statement but refused to tell me how much, she threatened to garnish my wages when I told her I could not continue to pay on this above what I owed. They have since created false accounts and are reporting them to all three reporting agencies. They are liars and theives and I pray no consumer falls into their hands.
