Unauthorized charged for $149.95 on my banking online California

I was charged for $149.95 on my online bank. I did not apply for the credit card. I called my bank and told them the situation and i was advised that they will do an investigation. I called "USA CREDIT" its was a voice mail and busy line. I talked to Bobby Jo Robinson and was told they will send me the for amount of $149.95 within 5 business days. I was given a conirmation number XXXXXX.
