Consumer Info Ripoff Don't give up it is easier to resolve than you think

CIC credit came up on my bank statement which caused a $37.00 over draft fee. CIC credit charged me the $79.95. I googled the words CIC credit and got this cite. With the phone number given I called and spoke to a customer service rep. I told the man that I don't remember ever using their service. Come to find out I used their service a year ago and this $79.95 fee was an annual subscription fee. I told the man that the cahrge was unauthorized and that I refused to pay for it. Not only were they to refund the $79.95 to my card but I told them that they had to pay the $37.00 overdraft fee.

Because I had already filed an EFT Transaction Complaint Report with my bank before I did my investigating online I called my banking to inform them about the info I had got and I gave them CIC Credit's phone number to make sure the * paid for my overdraft fee! Don't get angry with your bank, get angry with Consumer Info. The bank will be on your side - the transaction was unauthorized
