I was doing online banking and this survey came up on my bank's home page. It was a survey about how often I do online banking with my bank (named the bank) I thought I was getting this for free and was charged $84.71 US (I live in Canada). I was charged another 89.56 2 weeks later. I have called for a refund and was told I didn't read the fine print. I have at this point had to cancel my credit card to assure no more charges will be applied. I have tried using the cream and just got very puffy eyes. I'm usually very careful about where I put my credit card number but thought this would be ok seeing as it was advertised on my bank's homepage.
