Illegal Charge Hit My Account Everywhere

We noticed a $14.95 charge hit our checking account online on Dec 27. We called the 800 number to inquire, they quickly agreed to 'cancel our membership', for which we never sign-up for and agreed to credit our account. Please be aware of companies like this and check your bank accounts as often as you can. Fraudulent people get away with this all the time, stealing from unsuspecting people! Watch out for your elderly parents, relatives and friends who may not have internet access to watch their accounts as often.
