Unauthorized charges

I found a charge for $34.95 on my Amex for 24ProtectPlus. The charge was completely unauthorized. I have no idea how or when the got my credit card number or how many times I've been charged. (I find out on Monday) I called and they said they would "cancell my account".
This is blantant and glaring fraud. I believe the company is set up for this function. I would be happy to participate in a class action suit.
