Wachovia Ripped Me & My 5 yearold off & now we do not know how we are gonna pay our bills in Jan. 2008 Please help us

The only Papaw my son has ever known passed away, I lost my keys & could not get my $300. Oo deposit in before 4 P.M., but i did still place the deposit after my mom, who had just rode in a 22 hour bus trip, helped me find my keys. When I contacted Wachovia the 1st time, they said only 3 items would post that night & i would be fine, but over 30 items posted & they stole ALL of our money! I even asked them to stop the 2 lagest tranactions, to please let all the little ones go through, they refused. They have since charged me now almost, possibly over $1,000. Oo in overdraft fees, in which no way can i pay, & i need the $542.69 i deposited to pay my rent next month, or me & my 5 year old will be on the streets. I have documents to prove every thing i have said, Please, I Hope someone can help.
