Unauthorized debit from checking account!

Unauthorized money from my bank account was done-for $39.95 from BSM Grant Research organization on December 20. On December 5 I did so approve a money from my bank account for $1.97. I did so obtain my Disc from BSM. I'm not able to contact anyone that may deposit these resources back to my bill.
