On 15th November my listing on www.USHIP.com for the shipment (under the name BRIDGEMONS1205) of a catapiller D8K Bulldozer from Pleasantville, Iowa to Baltimore, Maryland, was awarded to ZUMMANITY INC at the total amount of $5950, and all necessary paper work was put in place through USHIP, Uship secured a deposit of $222.05 for Zummanity inc and the name/address/phone of the contact person, Vytautus was released to me. I immediately contacted him and we agreed to make a further payment of $2865 and balance would be paid at point of delivery in Baltimore. This amount was paid into Zummanity account at BANK OF AMERICA. At this time my calls were picked and answered anytime i called. Immediately i effected this payments, Vytautus immediately stopped taking my calls, instead after days of frustrating attempts to contact him, he would send emails making promises of plans of pick ups that were never effected.
After almost one month of waiting for him, i decided to contact uship and called off this contract. Both Zummanity and Uship were notified and uship immediately responded that they could only refund the $222.05 deposit (apparently still in their custody, which they did after 7 days), that it is not their business to collect refund of the $2865. I have called him times without number, he refused to take my calls, i have sent mails to him, he refused to reply me,

Till today, 22nd december i am yet to hear from him, ZUMMANITY/VYTAUTUS nor get my refund of $2865. Pls help.
