Zummanity inc, vytautus provides 18 wheeler semi never pays anything otr 10,000 miles later no pay

1/18/08 I started driving. I am told pay will be on 2/1/08, then told the 8th. It is now 2/19/08 and I have not received a penny. 2/13/08 vytautus came to may house with the police, I was not there nor where the keys to the truck, he was not able to take his truck.

He finally calls and offers to bring me a personal check the next morning, I said no, bring cash, certified cashiers check or money order, he has not showed up or called or answered my 50 or so calls.

Two days later he did show up with no money or check wanted truck back, he called police again. I told police I had spoken to lawyer and was advised to say I have a lien to truck. Police told vytautus to leave my property and get himself a lawyer. It is now 2/19/08 I have still not heard one word from this guy.

I am out $208.13 for state to state permits and other stuff I paid on my credit card for the truck. I go screwed $200.00 over on my phone bill for all the calls out of local area, plus next months bill will be bad. He owes me $2880.05. I drove over 8,000 miles.

The guy limits fuel usage, makes me call before fueling to have him activate fuel card, forcing me to stop and wait at every flying j fuel station. I spent a week in Washington, no pay no hotel, while he looked for a driver to take a load 23 miles into Canada.

He tricked me into accepting this trip, said I didnt need a passport and would have no problem entering Canada. I was almost got arrested trying to enter twice listening to his advice. He said the trip would pay me over $1,300 alone.

The weather was bad and the roads where closed due to a 30foot avalanche slide on I90 and 20 foot slide on the pass road and this was a half day wait.

When it was time to pay a fine because of his lack of paper work and permits he never answers his phone I wind up paying out of my own pocket.

I still have his truck and trailer with a load. I need advise @hotmail.com if you have or had problems with this guy contact me I am talking with a lawyer. Maybe more people on my side can solve this matter. $2880.05
