Handmark took my 29.99 for a product offered on it's website, then when I needed the unlock code for the trial software to make it a full working version, nobody will respond to my support requests.

I have been trying to resolve this problem for over 5 months now. They won't even tell me how to get a refund.

Total rip off. Don't risk getting yourself in the same position I am in, buy elsewhere.
