Took 99.95 out my checking and i have no clue who they are

Yeah i got this usual friday morning to check my account, because my work check is direct deposited (my only reason for having one in the first place, and saw the title (NMB Platinum CC APP Fee) for 99.95 and ive never filled out an app for this, Esp Charging my bank, my source that keeps a roof over my familys head, and food on the table, Im attending the bank this morning also, (December 21) to see if i cant get this matter resolved, if not, im ot lying down on this.
