AEC FBO Colonial Platinum Membership took $215.40 from my checking account never gave authorization to anything! Fraud

Shops, Products, Services

One week ago I looked in my bank account and I got an NSF fee for $27 for AEC FBO Colonial Platinum Membership trying to withdraw over $200 from my the $27 NSF fee. I said it was an unauthorized withdraw.

Account. I do not what membership this is. I went to the bank and they refunded The bank blocked that amount from being able to go through. One week later on 1/18/08 they took $215.40 but this time I had money in my account. I filled out a affidavit of forgery with bank for an attemp to get my money back.

On the electronic check it says consumerbill.com. They refuse to give any information in re: who is doing this.

I got my bank account changed. This is fraud! I am going to consult a lawyer. Any one have any tips?
