Called on phone selling preciption insurance had my bank #' asked me to verifie'cost $376

Dec 17th phone rang at 8:30 pm I'm asleep answered to a lady saying I had signed a card for precription drugs insurance, packet already sent' had thirty days to cancel, they had my checking account #, I needed to verifie not thinking I read it off. Had to repeat then a Kathy came on to have me repeat the numbers. Had to stay on line to get a cancellation number only way it could be canceled. Morning Dec18th called the number they gave for customer service, waited twenty minutes finally asked the name of the company, told them wanted to cancel, she said was taken care of. Called back again, long wait another answered wanted to know if the packet was canceled said wouldn't reach there until end of week and hung up.

Called again later, longer wait another lady, told wanted to cancel left line and came back said was canceled. Later in day had a message on phone from a Lisa Smith, telling me it was canceled. Who do you believe. I don't see good reports on internet. The customer service # is 1 866 969 2574
