Took my money but never sent product. Will not responde to emails

I purchased the vickchew toy back on Aug. 7th. I have never received it. When i contact customer support i get the message, stop bombarding them with e-mails.
Buyer beware that this company is a ripoff! I just hope they get caught and go to jail for fraud. I am scared to order anything online anymore.
