I ordered 3 Vick Dog Chew Toys on Aug. 6th, Through PayPal. Of course, I have not rec'd them.

I also rec'd a notice about a preliminary shipping schedule, but nothing after that.

I have e-mailed several times and tried to call. Their Voice Mail is full.

The last I heard from them was Nov. 20th., telling me not to panic and stop "bombarding" them with e-mails!

I will try my luck with PayPal for a refund.
